4. What are microgreens?

They are micro-size vegetables which research has shown some to contain 4X's-40X's more nutrients than their full-size counterparts.

5. What types of microgreens do you grow?

Alfalfa, arugula, broccoli, garden cress, china rose & rambo radish, fenugreek, kale, purple cabbage, bok choy, sunflower, shiso, pea, mustard, barley.

6. Are the seeds you use genetically modified seeds, and are your seeds organic?

No, we use natural seeds that have not been modified in any way.

7. Do you use herbicides or pesticides when growing your microgreens?

No.

8. How long will microgreens stay fresh in the refrigerator?

Microgreens can last from between 7 days-10 days in your refrigerator.

9. Can I cook or stir fry my microgreens?

No, you'll want to eat them fresh, to get the maximum available nutrients. Heating up microgreens would significantly reduce their nutrients.

10. Can I juice my microgreens?

Yes.

11. How often can I eat Microgreens?

You can eat them daily.

12. How much microgreens can I eat with a meal?

A 1/4-1/2 cup is a good amount to eat. Microgreens have concentrated nutrients, so a little goes a long way.

13. Can I purchase your microgreens in person?

Yes you can place your orders in person when our flagship store opens in January 2026. Right now we is a set up as a farm only from September to December 2025.

14. Can you ship my microgreens, or can I have them delivered?

No shipping available yet. We do deliveries in Broward County, and will be opening new locations in the near future.

Sample Orders Questions

15. Can I place a sample order, and would I need to pick it up, or can you deliver it?

Yes, you can place a sample order. If your delivery address is in Broward County, we can have it delivered. At this time, we do not offer pick-up service.

Our new store in Broward County opens in January 2026, at that time, you can come in to pick up your microgreens then, instead of having them delivered.

16. What type of microgreens come in my sampler order?

17. What if I don't like the microgreens in my sample order, can I get an exchange?

Yes.

18. Is there a separate delivery fee to have the sample orders delivered in Broward County?

Yes, $5.50 is the delivery fee.

Subscription Questions

19. Do you have subscriptions?

Yes, we offer three different types of subscriptions, once a month, twice a month, or four times a month.

20. What is the duration of a subscription?

12-months.

21. Do I have to subscribe?

No, you can purchase a regular order instead.

22. When I place a subscription, will I be receiving the same type of microgreens every month?

Every 3-months you can change the type of microgreens we send you. If you want a different type of microgreen that we carry, just send us a text with your new choices by the 5th of the month prior to the month you want the change.

23. How many types of microgreens can I choose per every three months of my subscription?

You can select one type per container.

24. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, all subscribers can cancel their subscription at the end of 12 months, or choose to renew . As a subscriber, you get a significant discount on the regular price of your microgreens. Your price will not increase for the entire duration of your subscription regardless of tariffs or increased production costs .
